Viewing Notes

Since Netflix added a shit ton more horror esp. from the 70s and foreign horror, I added a bunch more titles to my queue including this one which I’ve been wanting to see since it was recently released on Blu to mixed reactions.

Overall I dug this and the moody atmosphere that’s typical of Bava’s flicks. It’s a little too on-point with the only mystery being why the killer the kills. The reveal is rather unsatisfactory and obvious, which knocks the film down a peg. Still a worthwhile viewing.
