Viewing Notes

Another Warner Archive Instant pre-code flick in the can. A little longer than it needed to be (could’ve trimmed much of the set-up introduction and got to the meat faster) but still a fun little rom-com caper w/Cagney getting gamed only to have his muse Joan Blondell save the day. And she saves the film from being a mediocre con to a fun romp. Worth viewing for her.
