Overview
An imperial agent gets ridiculed for his various inventions, until his supportive wife encourages him to attend a conference, which’s actually a trap to kill all the doctors serving the emperor, where his crazy inventions come in handy.

Viewing Notes
Stephen Chow directs and stars in the comedy romp but the real star here is his wife played by Carina Lau. She’s really the glue that keeps this film together in all of its absurdity. Some fun sequences and Carman Lee is quite sweet in her role as well. Lots of gender bender transvestite humor mixed w/the fantasy elements. Entertaining for sure.
