Viewing Notes
Had always heard about this film so I was anticipating finally viewing it. The use of Esperanto is indeed quite odd but also adds to the mesmerizing, dream-like qualities of the film. While I don’t think this is a good film it does work as a fascinating curiosity piece. And Shatner is always fun to watch.
Afterward I looked up the story behind this film. It’s almost as if it was a cursed production with most of its actors dying tragically. So weird and only adds to the mystery.
