What. Another film with Bela Lugosi and John Carradine hamming it up in the name of science? This one is pretty dopey but entertaining nonetheless. Lugosi is the bad scientist and Carradine is the good scientist who thinks Lugosi is off his rocker for keeping a caged cavemen in his basement laboratory with plans to transplant his brain. Give Rosen credit for making such a film.
