This 70s sex comedy directed by Gottlieb is what you’d expect from him. Plenty of wacky situations that ultimately provide a means for actors to shed their clothes for a quickie. And quickie indeed as none of the actual sex scenes last more than a minute or so. Most of the film is a cat and mouse chase between a couple of special agents sent in to steal a secret formula in a small Bavarian town.
So it’s mostly slapstick comedy and occasional bare breasted women being chased around. I watched this a second time on FF and imagined Yakety Sax playing in my head. Not terrible movie by any means but I definitely think this version is hurt by the truly awful English dub, which dumbs it down even further. If it were available I’d like to see the original German language version. Also I believe the tallest German man alive at the time is in this film.
