Viewing Notes

Was informed that The Call of Cthulhu (2005) was worth viewing via Netflix Watch Instantly. And indeed it is if you have any appreciation for German Expressionism silent films from the 20s. In b&w w/all the angular set-pieces, this is a nice send up to that ethereal spooky cinema. Nice to see a “modern” movie recall cinema such as this.
