Viewing Notes

Ya know, this isn’t a half-bad mystery for the first half of the flick. Not very original but I was drawn into it and Andie McDowell is fine as the distraught wife playing detective, voiceover narration notwithstanding. Sadly it’s when the mystery is finally solved that the film crumbles and interest is lost. Also doesn’t help that Neeson is shoehorned into a complete vanilla wafer of a character that does nothing for the story.

Basically a watchable TV type drama that starts good and ends badly. Also I’ll cop to watching this via Instawatch b/c I was purposely looking for a Liam Neeson flick to knock Sam Jackson out of my top ten actors seen.

All hail the Neeson!
