Very nostalgic for this film… not because I saw it but really because of all the advertising that surrounded it back in the day. But it was not something I would have been able to see. So I just fantasized about what it was. And for years I never bothered to track it down because I felt it was a better movie in my imagination than in reality.
I was right.
The Code Red DVD came and went so I missed out on that so the next best thing is this, which wasn’t bad. Altho I would own this if it were easier/cheaper to obtain. First hour is a slog and poor attempt at creating suspense for what’s to come. But it’s all monster after that, which I love. Not good but good enough for me.
