Viewing Notes

Cute indie throwback flick with plenty of charming and awkward moments. Gerwig is typically great as a composite of a few different people I know in real life. Movie plays fine but the ending is terrific. But my favorite thing is the Tokyo blog. Kinda weird that it didn’t even dawn on me that the film was in black & white until about halfway into it.
