Overview

Hong Kong police officer Mina Kao marries Huang Tsung-Pao, who is a member of a law enforcement dynasty. His father and his many sisters are also officers, and the eldest sister Chia-Ling is one of the highest ranking women in the police department. When a Vietnamese gang begins a rampage through the city, the women must overcome their suspicion of one another to bring the criminals to justice.

Wasn’t sure why I had bumped this particular HK flick until I saw that Corey Yuen directed. Yep, trying to watch all his films yet kinda surprised he hasn’t directed more.

I’d say a lot of this is middling but the few action fighting flourishes make up for it esp. the crazy ending upon ending with both Joyce Godenzi and Carina Lau displaying their fight skills. Too bad that Joyce was only in 4 more feature films (according to IMDb) after this. She’s dynamite.
