This was on my Childhood Films Project list and since it was expiring on the Instawatch I figured I might as well give it go since I unofficially kicked off the project earlier this week. Can’t recall how I originally viewed this film. Thought I had seen it in the theater but pretty certain I would not have done so in 1985.
It’s a lot more violent than I remembered and has a Temple of Doom feel to it for obvious reasons. I’m not nostalgic for this movie like others but I do think it’s a good adventure mystery with Young Holmes in a young Indiana Jones role. I suppose I’d be more nostalgic had I seen it at a earlier age.
