Viewing Notes
Eighth film of my FF2013 and final film of Day 2. Not sure this is a good midnight movie due to its length but damn if it didn’t wake me the hell up for a fun ride. I don’t think Álex de la Iglesia nailed his woman empowerment versus misogyny message but it’s still an entertaining journey. Can see why this didn’t work for many but it’s right in my wheelhouse of ridiculous. Lots of little de la Iglesia touches. Look forward to viewing this again!
