Viewing Notes

Thirty-first film (second to last) of my FF2013 and fourth movie on Day Seven, my last day. Was very happy when this movie was added late to the schedule. Michel Gondry, folks! And it’s such a delightful and yet melancholy movie. So many is going on I knew in the first 5 minutes I’d have to see this again. Really an amazing piece of art. So creative and such a visual treat. My 7th favorite film of the fest.

Also we got the severely cut version than the one that play Cannes. Cut by 30min but I can’t even imagine what was in those missing minutes. Doesn’t need to be 2+ hours but I hope to see that long version someday.
