Been curious about the updated Phantom 2040 since the animated series debuted in the mid-nineties. Phantom 2040: The Ghost Who Walks (1994) is a full-length film based on the animated series and holy shit is it bad. Even Peter Chung’s character designs aren’t rendered well. Avoid.
