Overview

In a boorish future, the government sponsors a popular, but bloody, cross-country race in which points are scored by mowing down pedestrians. Five teams, each comprised of a male and female, compete using cars equipped with deadly weapons. Frankenstein, the mysterious returning champion, has become America’s hero, but this time he has a passenger from the underground resistance.

Viewing Notes

Finished our movie evening with my new blu-ray of Death Race 2000 (1975). Think everyone had seen this movie before so it played well as the last film. Looks amazing on blu-ray and first-time I’ve seen in widescreen!

Gotta say that was a solid movie night at the Captain Satan household! Already looking forward to the next one! Tough to program so rock solid of a line-up top to bottom.
