A magic crystal causes double the number of gifts Santa can deliver all over the world and this makes for many happy gezinnetjes. His criminal assistant Basil however has a diabolical plan: he wants to steal the crystal so as to gain control over the minds of the children. The brave boy Yotan act to prevent and concocts a plan.

Viewing Notes
Another Instawatch film at my brother’s home. I was looking for something festive to throw on while Justin and Adriana made dinner. This Finnish holiday tale has some pretty decent animation and scenes that borrow from other live action movies. The story however is weak. Not terrible but probably better enjoyed by children under 10.
