Viewing Notes
Very slight but very entertaining even if the logic is off and the PTU/cops do dumb things to service the plot. I like Richie Ren here as the anti-hero and Kelly Chen as the director pulling strings for the police and media. Definitely an interesting way of telling this story but a few things make it merely entertaining pap.
