Overview
A dangerous mission reunites Stingray Sam with his long lost accomplice, The Quasar Kid. Follow these two space-convicts as they earn their freedom in exchange for the rescue of a young girl who is being held captive by the genetically designed figurehead of a very wealthy planet.

Viewing Notes
Not sure what I was expecting but it definitely wasn’t this. I really dig on McAbee’s style. I think the mini-episodic presentation and short runtime knocked a half point for me. At least for grading as a film. But this is worth viewing for being so different than most everything else out there. Now I hope to revisit American Astronaut before it expires from Instawatch.
