Doesn’t reinvent the “get one more change at life” theme but at least brings something different and occasionally clever to the table with a terrific cast and characters to care about. Sim Eun-kyeong fully channels her 70 year old self quite effectively and humorously. Viewing this in a theater full of Korean ladies laughing at every beat definitely added to the experience. Kinda refreshing to not be knocked over the head with a “message” as one might expect. Reminds me of old Disney movies. Little substance but who cares when it’s entertaining.
