2nd to last movie in my Godzilla project!!!!!
I bought the recent Blu release anticipating this viewing. It looks and sounds great. Very pleased with that purchase.
This is the *first* sequel in the Millennium series and also dives back into the Showa era continuity with Mothra making her return appearance. Really weird decision to not keep the same pilot crew from the previous film for the sequel. I like Yumiko Shaku in GAMG and her small appearance in this makes me sad she’s not the lead.
