Having never seen this on the big screen it was great to see projected in 70mm. One of the few films from my childhood that I’m not nostalgic towards since I didn’t see it until an adult. Really not sure how I missed it all those years because during its time TRON was everyone (comics, video games, etc.). Yet I really adore this movie and the concepts presented. Sure it’s corny at times but it’s such a joy to watch esp. Jeff Bridges who is kind of like a Steve Jobs before Steve Jobs.
During most of my viewing I really wanted to watch TRON Legacy. Something about these films really resonates with me. I really love the universe they’ve created inside the machine.
