The fourth installment in the series a.k.a. The Life and Times of Hirono. Unlike the previous three films the events portrayed here all occur within the same year 1963. Also feels like a filler episode to get to the final chapter. However, it’s good filler with yakuza disruptions forcing the hand of the police to get more involved. All the main crime bosses get rounded up with each of the crime families left to sort politics.
Seems like the yakuza could be more successful if they spent less time worrying about opposing families. The politics get them in trouble as each family attempts to undermine the other families in Hiroshima.
