By the numbers but still a solid actioner with Michael Jai White as a conflicted vet wasting away until his sister is brutally injured in Rio de Janeiro so he heads there to figure out what’s going on.
Of course he finds more than he bargained for with drug dealers, corrupt cops and the yakuza. Then he becomes a man on a mission get revenge on all those involved. Lots of kicking ass and mowing guys down with bullets. Not a great movie but certainly a good one (and an overall better story/script than some of this other recent films).
Love seeing MJW being a total badass.
