Overview
The most dangerous criminals in the universe escape from the Off-World Penitentiary and stow away to the quiet Moonbase Waste Disposal Plant. Hidden beneath the lunar surface lies an arsenal of nuclear warheads- the inmates’ passport home to earth. Moonbase Commander John Russell launches a desperate fight to save his crew from a force capable of laying waste to an entire planet.

Viewing Notes
Another plot that will probably continue to be retold every couple of years. The most recent was probably LOCKOUT. Prisoners take over a base in space and a hero has to stop them. Cool to see Scott Plank in this as I had forgotten about him. He was a regular in a lot of the silly TV shows I watched in the 90s.
Overall pretty dopey but still the kind of flick that I’d watch. Fun to see Sam Phillips but she deserved a bigger part.
