Viewing Notes
Respectable Nam-sploitation flick. Not exactly the “First Blood” wannabe it’s billed as. Goes a little in that direction towards the end but most of it is typical man seeks revenge territory.
Pretty cool to see a theater marquee with this line-up:
Death Stalker, Christine, Dead Zone
The ADR is probably the worst/silliest thing in the movie. There’s a scene where Deacon is trying to shake down a perp to give him info and all you hear is “Tell me!! Tell me!! I wanna know!! Tell me!!” over and over. Sounds like a child locked in his room.
My favorite thing in the movie is when Deacon stares down an attack dog.
