Viewing Notes

Jimmy Wang Yu! Thought I had seen this before but apparently not. Glad El Rey decided to show all three One-Armed Swordsman movies again. More drama than action. Interesting to see how much Chang Cheh evolved as a director over the years. The fight scenes here are shot more close-up with angles that don’t always highlight the action. The story is all over the place but a great cast nevertheless.
