Viewing Notes

Starts flat but picks up as it goes along. Not totally convinced that McCarthy’s character could transform so quickly to that foulmouthed body guard but it was entertaining. Statham is fun and Rose Byrne shines. Wish Morena Baccarin got more screen time. Peter Serafinowicz is another highlight. I hope they bring back the entire cast for the sequel, especially Byrne.

Glad this was Rated R rather than PG-13. Definitely a better film than expected.
