Based on the true events surrounding Frank Sinatra’s tour of Australia. When Sinatra calls a local reporter a “two-bit hooker”, every union in the country black-bans the star until he issues an apology.

Picked this up when I saw the cast. Babyface Rose Byrne is adorable. Wild to see Joel Edgerton headlining a film fairly early in his career (over Dennis Hopper).
Interesting movie and story but kind of a mess pulling it all together. Hopper is a hard sell on Sinatra.
