Viewing Notes

Man, everyone was right; this is a taunt and suspenseful thriller very well crafted by Joel Edgerton & company. He really has a good eye for framing and color as well as being a totally creepy dude. Bateman is typically great as the smarmy chronic liar. Loved seeing this with a decent crowd that was jumping and screaming at a few choice bits.

First time at the historic Lake Theatre in Oak Park, IL. Very cool joint. Would love to see more movies there. It’s an ideal joint for rep screenings but I guess they don’t do those.
