Viewing Notes

Amazing film containing two stories both pretty damn great. Another film noir bingo extravaganza: mystery caller, femme fatale, suicide, blindness, botched heist, etc. Man, I had no idea or expectations about these Argentine films so I was completely blown away by their quality and adherence to film noir elements. Both short films in this movie are outstanding and gave me a Mario Bava feeling as I watched, esp. the first short film involving the telephone.
