Amy Acker in the lead role?! Hell yes. Seriously. She is so fine. This is one of those christmas movies that plays all the tropes in a paint by the numbers fashion yet Jason Priestley directs the hell out of this. He knows what to focus on (Acker!) and makes what would be the same old xmas movie a worthy viewing. Definitely better than the average fare. FWIW having Amy really does go a long way.
Also I would like to know why Amy Acker isn’t in more things; she’s so fucking good.
