Viewing Notes

Nice little documentary about Star Wars collectors focused on the Kenner toys and the history. Great for SW fans and toy collectors but as a documentary it’s not that great. There’s no major thrust of story that would this compelling to non-fans. Still neat for me having been a one of those kids that was mesmerized by SW figures and played with them a lot with my friends. Fun to see the history of the production and how they came to be.

There’s only handful of uber-collectors featured here but holy shit they are some major collectors. I’d be interested to know how they found these guys and narrowed down to this group.

Not a bad doc and not very long. On Amazon Prime.
