So glad I was able to catch this in theater. Such a rich, sad, happy warm story about a man and his dorayaki store. And the two women who have come into his life. This is an ideal movie to be shown at my college for the International Film Festival. Also not a movie to watch on an empty stomach. I wanted to each all the dorayaki.
The “boss” Masatoshi Nagase shares the same birthday as me! I think Kyara Uchida (only in her second feature film) should be a big star. She has a wonderful presence.
