Witnessing a drug deal involving local gang members and cops, an Australian police officer feels he can no longer be just an observer. He joins forces with a local teacher who just happens to be a karate expert and together they try to take back the streets.

More of a Richard Norton movie than Rothrock but I do like the buddy cop team-up with them. Brian Thompson with the blonde mullet / ponytail is weird. Also weird is that this was shot in Los Angeles yet nothing in this speaks to that location. It looks more Canadian. Oh and Catherine Bach is in this. Not sure I’ve seen her in a feature film.
Decided I’m going to do a Cynthia Rothrock project and retro it back to that American Tigers movie I saw earlier this year. Main reason is that I thought I had seen a lot more Rothrock movies than I have tallied here but apparently not.
