Viewing Notes
Such a visual and aural smorgasbord. I knew within 10 minutes that I would love this movie. Knowing how it plays out I’m already looking forward to seeing it again. In many ways it’s like a slicker version of STARRY EYES. Each have there place in this world of beauty and youth being the desire of those who have it, those who want it and those that worship it. As of now I still like DRIVE and ONLY GOD FORGIVES a little more than this but I could see placing this in my top 25 for year right now.
No spoilers but there is one character / actor that I didn’t care for in how this person forces the role. Kinda wish it hadn’t been this actor as it’s distracting and unnecessary. Every one else is on point.
