Trying out a new streaming channel I added to my Roku list, Popcorn TV. This is the US Rarescope version known as Drunken Dragon. I’d consider this movie for the batshit category based on a few scenes however bc this is also a action comedy it may not count.
Didn’t realize this was a Chiu Chung-Hing film which makes sense why it could be considered batshit. Chung-Hing also directed Twelve Fairies, Magic of Spell and Child of Peach among others. This movie is notable because it features Chiang Sheng (Venom Mob) as Granny in one of his last roles I believe.
Not sure how many movies I’ll watch on this channel given the number of commercials I have to endure during the film. And these are seriously long commercial breaks like a 5 at time. Def won’t watch any mainstream films they have.
