Overview
China, year 1457. The Minister of Defense is executed, and his children are sentenced to exile by order of the tyrannical Tsao. Fearful of future revenge from the young people, Tsao sends cruel soldiers to murder them, but a brave group of swordsmen can change the course of the battle at the Dragon Inn.

Viewing Notes
So glad I had the opportunity to see this King Hu film on the big screen. Just wish I wasn’t so damn tired. Super challenging for me to view a movie right after work. Also wish I didn’t have guy behind me that had to chuckle at EVERYTHING in this movie. Anyways, I look forward to the Criterion release so I can watch again and again.
