Man, what’s up with watching all these horror films recently that would be ideal for The Massacre (and to a lesser extent Box of Horrors)? This has horror marathon written all over it… 80s, monster, practical FX. Kinda wild tale too but never really understood how the first creature came to be other than it was fed human flesh??
Most of the movie slogs along with a few of the secrets getting revealed but the the final sequence is great. It’s hilarious that everyone stands around to witness this insane monster transformation without doing anything like it’s normal.
