Overview

A lightning bolt strikes the grave of Bruce Lee. However, that is as much as Bruce Lee has to do with it. Then a kung fu instructor starts a quest to avenge a friend’s death, and on the way has a romance with a girl with similar problems. He eventually finds the bad guys behind it all, and has several fights with them…

Viewing Notes

Knew it didn’t live up to its title but very sad it doesn’t live up the trailer I saw at the Music Box during one of the 35mm trailer packages. Of course the name is misleading as this has nothing to do with Bruce Lee other than the main character making Bruce Lee noises when he fights, which I believe were added in post when the movie was marketed with the title.

Take away all the Bruce Lee stuff and this is still a humdrum S.Korean kung fu flick. Not really worth anyone’s time.
