Wondering if I’ve seen this one… and turns out I have not! This features Madhuri Dixit as the main object of desire that after accepted a proposal by Akshay Kumar (in a bit role) falls for SRK after he casts her to replace Karisma Kapoor in his musical “Maya”. This is an all-timer for Madhuri Dixit as she is a step above everyone else here including SRK who was only just finding his groove as romantic lead in mid-90s. He’s still really good but she’s fantastic. Now it’s no surprise that she is the best part of DEVDAS.
