Thank you, Mubi, for having the Taisho Trilogy this month. Now that I’ve seen the entire trilogy I’d love to read critical analysis about these films. I look at these like Suzuki gone wild without restraint, which is both good and bad. But mostly good because his method is unlike any other of his time.
