Took me 2+ hours to find my bluray it was sitting on the stand next to my couch. The only place I didn’t look. Smh
I’ve probably written this before but I love how this is really Mako’s story rather than Raleigh’s (basically his entire arc happens in the first act). It turns into her journey from the moment she’s introduced. I dig that so much.
Nearing the end of this viewing and wanted to note another thing I love: everyone is so fucking earnest and giving it their best. Idris is so hardcore serious and everyone down the chain follows suit. The material is so absurd but they are fully into it. Maybe it’s a GdT thing that he brings out in his own passion.
