Viewing Notes
First feature today and super impressive feature debut by these guys. Uses the HOUSE OF THE DEVIL template but goes in a different direction. Has that throwback feel but set in present day and uses modern tech organically. Also has a bit of Sadako imagery. Really dug this movie and happy it was picked up for distribution in June. For a micro-budget this is a very good movie and reminds of me of ABSENTIA (not the story; just the DIY micro-budget that relies on good storytelling and actors).
