Perhaps my favorite film of CCFF. As much a personal journey as a character study reflective of ourselves in the world, what is and what might be. Kelly Macdonald is brilliant. Really good Q&A with director Marc Turtletaub. Basically everything has meaning. Appreciate that attention to the craft and why he has moved into directing. I’m eager to see the Argentinian version of this story that came out in 2009.
