[before viewing] I honestly do not know what category/genre this film is.
[after viewing] I honestly do not know what category/genre this film is.
I’m shocked that this hasn’t already been spoiled on twitter. I’m not even sure what keywords to use other than “batshit” to describe this movie. I believe this will be added to the Criterion Collection one day. Has the same kind of wild and weird filmmaking as THE LURE yet an entirely different kind of film that addresses societal and capitalistic exploitation.
Just a fucking wild trip.
Also Tessa Thompson should be in every goddamn movie.
