A member of an elite paramilitary counter-terrorism unit becomes traumatized after witnessing the suicide bombing of a young girl and is forced to undergo retraining. However, unbeknownst to him, he becomes a key player in a dispute between rival police divisions, as he finds himself increasingly involved with the sister of the girl he saw die.

Viewing Notes
Added on Prime and dubbed so I wanted to give it another spin before the Korean version arrives. I don’t think the DVD I own has the English dub since it was produced before it got released in the states. The dubbed version provides a better grasp of this story. Not that it was hard to follow in Japanese but understanding who was behind what and how these factions worked.
Still a pretty good movie that is more drama driven than action but the story is solid. Very curious how the Korean version will play out.
