Viewing Notes

This was a off the shelf grab as I was walking by the DVD section at the library. Funny that it’s part of the Marilyn Monroe Premiere Collection Set when she’s barely in this movie. More so she’s used as a prop for a minor subplot (to make the man’s wife jealous for no reason). The core of this story is really how this young couple manages a newly purchased apartment building in NYC when things are always going bad (like MONEY PIT) when they discover one of their tenants is hustling old rich women.

Slight but still a decent watch. This couple is rather amiable given all they go thru. The husband is kind of a dick to his wife yet they don’t tear each other’s heads off. Monroe is perfectly fine in her small role.
