This is one of those 80s movies made for VHS rental back in the day starring John Stockwell (Christine, Dangerously Close, etc). Kinda like Solar Babies and other weird post-apocalyptic “sport” films. I’m not even sure this is “post-apocalyptic” but whatever; it’s future earth where biker gangs (“Clippers”) wear wild costumes and battle each other and ultimately face an evil corporation. Has a crazy 80s B-movie cast too including Kim Cattrall, Rae Dawn Chong, and Robby Benson among others.
It was the free DVDR leech of the week on CG but I found it on YouTube under “City Limits 1985”. No, this is not a good movie but absolutely the kind of movie I would watch. Kim Cattrall is so damn adorable she makes this worth watching. Everything else is pretty silly.
