Haven’t been here since last year?! Wow wasn’t expecting such a large crowd for the 1pm screening (they do two: 1pm and 7pm). And naturally I was one of the youngest there which is always so weird. So many walkers lining the aisles.
Anyways, this is a pretty great flick that only took me well into the 2nd hour to figure out it was a period piece, which made a lot more sense given some of the content. Maggie Smith is fabulous even as an unlikeable character.
Nice to see a film at Northbrook Library again.
